Our manufacturing facility consists of 2 x 2000ltr capacity tanks equipped with state of the art Silverson inline high shear mixer and agitators to ensure fast, reliable and consistent blending results of both liquid and gel formulations.
With capacity to manufacture up to 100,000ltr of product per day.
Our 6 head bottling and packaging semi-automatic line ensures Quality Control is obtained throughout the finishing process.
Bottling ranges from 50ml - 1000ltr
We offer full colour in house label design and printing from our Primera printing and finishing press this offers great results and allows fast turnaround on short run orders.
